REBEL SPEEDWAY -BOOK- Signed By LEE ROY MERCER

    Saturday, March 15, 2008, 10:40 AM [General]

    REBEL SPEEDWAY By Mark Osborne:

Based on the years 1956 through 1976, "Rebel Speedway" is about Stock Car Racing in an era when drivers did it purely for the love of the sport. They worked hard all week to bring a car to the track that would have the fans standing proud and cheering loud throughout the evening's event. There were thrills, spills, cheating, drinking, and fighting at the quarter-mile red clay speedway on the outskirts of a South Carolina town.

“When I started reading REBEL SPEEDWAY I couldn't put it down. This was the era when you Run What You Brung. It's an absolute great read and an absolute must-have for all race fans from Old School to Young Blood...” - LEE ROY MERCER

LEE ROY MERCER & DALE, JR. - Photos From DAYTONA

    Saturday, March 8, 2008, 12:28 AM [General]

Jon took some awesome photos during our trip to the DAYTONA 500 50th and I wanted to share 'em with you guys. Lots of great pics of Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and many more of our NASCAR friends. As you will see, we had a major blast.

I was elected to officially represent GOOD/YEAR regarding a Special Charity Tire that was hand signed by all of the NASCAR drivers and I also received the honor to include my signature along with 'em. This event took place behind the DAYTONA 500 main stage and received some great TV coverage on SPEED TV and NASCAR On FOX during the national broadcast of the DAYTONA 500 50th.

In addition to all this, I had the privilege of hanging with my favorite Old School NASCAR driver of all time, Mr. Cale Yarborough, who also appearers on my NASCAR Driver Prank Call CD – GONE RACIN'. As everyone knows, Cale Yarborough is the first Ass-Whooper of NASCAR and like me, It Ain't Nothin' For Him To Whoop A Man's Ass!

Check 'Em Out, Enjoy... & LETS GO RACIN'!
